This little shop in the historic center of Bellagio is incredible and Gaia is truly a splendid person. Very kind, cute and above all with really good quality products and a lot of choice between moccasins and classic handmade shoes. A place that I really recommend and to visit

Stopping in at Gaia Bellagio is one of my favorite things to do when I visit Bellagio and Lake Como! I take my friends by to meet Gaia who is the creator of this very unique shop. She is always eager to spend time with the customers and she gets to know them personally. From my first visit, I knew it was a place I would always return to! The shoe designs are very unique and wonderful quality. Gaia will explain the shoe making process, and show you the many leather options you can choose from. It’s always a pleasure! When I get back to the US, my friends always want to know where I get my shoes that are clearly of a substantial quality and an interesting design without being something that makes people wonder what planet you are from!
